A one-person lab with a single discipline.
GauriLabs builds verification layers between ordinary people and the systems they can't check — across whatever industry the problem shows up in.
It started with one system, then the pattern repeated.
The first build solved a specific trust gap. Then the same gap appeared in a completely different industry — and the same discipline closed it again. Twelve systems later, across six industries, the pattern is undeniable: the domain changes, the discipline does not.
How it's built
Everything here was built browser-only, on one laptop, without a team or outside capital. That constraint shaped the work: no room for anything that isn't essential, and no tolerance for a business model that only works by taking advantage of its users.
The result is a portfolio held to one rule — if a product needs its users to be exploitable, it doesn't ship. Every build was made to fail that test on purpose.
Where it's going
The direction is an AI lab: the same verification discipline, applied more deliberately and at greater scale. The products are the proof; the method is the point.

Say only what's true
Statuses are stated plainly. Live is live, paused is paused, restricted is named and no more. Nothing is dressed up.
Build the gate, not the trap
Each product is a layer that protects the person on the weaker side of the information gap.
